Shipping and Delivery Policy
At the "Kafoo Platform,"we are keen to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. To ensure that your orders arrive quickly and safely, we have clarified all details related to processing and shipping orders:
Shipping and Delivery Costs:
Delivery fees inside Riyadh: 14 SAR.
Shipping fees to the rest of the Kingdom's regions: 24 SAR.
Shipping cost varies from one company to another, and prices may change based on the shipping company's pricing.
Order Processing Time:
All items sent to our customers are sealed in factory packaging, and verification is ensured through continuous inspection by the department responsible for shipping.
Mobile devices and ready-made parts: Processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Custom PC Builds: Assembly and preparation require 1 to 7 business days (Friday is an official day off).
Payment confirmation: In case of payment via bank transfers, the financial transfer is confirmed within 48 hours.
Delivery Time (after handing the order over to the shipping company):
Inside Riyadh: 1 to 2 business days.
Outside Riyadh (rest of the Kingdom's regions): 2 to 4 business days.
Important Note:
In some exceptional cases, delivery time may reach up to 10 business days (for example: emergency circumstances with the shipping company, official holidays, or the product needing to be transferred from the central warehouse).
Disclaimer, Shipping and Insurance Policy:
Al-Kafoo Platform is not responsible for the devices after they are handed over to the shipping company, whether regarding shipment delays or damages.
All shipments go out with the shipping company without insurance, which means that the highest amount the shipping company will pay to the customer in case of damage is 375 SAR, regardless of its value.
If the customer wishes to insure the shipment, they will pay an additional fee of 4% of the shipment value (non-refundable) to the shipping company through Al-Kafoo Platform.
Al-Kafoo Platform is not responsible for damages that occur to the shipment or the device due to shipping, and the customer must check the shipment before signing for its receipt and refuse to receive it if it is damaged.
If the customer discovers any damage to the shipment after receiving it, they can file a compensation claim against the shipping company and not against Al-Kafo Platform, provided that this is done within 24 hours according to the carrier company's policy – and the customer must submit a complaint to Al-Kafo Platform.
Warranty Claims Follow-up:
The customer can communicate directly with the warranty service providers to follow up on the product status or submit warranty-related claims, to ensure obtaining the service as quickly as possible.
Compliance with International Laws (OFAC):
Al-Kafo Platform complies with the applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Accordingly, the platform will not deal with or provide any services or products to any countries subject to sanctions by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
