Warranty Policy

Kafoo Platform's warranty policy ensures your product is protected against any defects in materials, design, or manufacturing that may occur after your purchase. All repairs are carried out exclusively by Kafoo’s authorized service centers.

Warranty Terms & Conditions:

  • Coverage Scope: The warranty strictly covers manufacturing, material, and design defects and does not apply to damage caused by misuse. The resolution is limited to repairing the defective product or refunding its purchase value (this decision is at the discretion of the after-sales service advisor) exclusively within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

  • Warranty Duration: A 12-month warranty is provided for all products sold to buyers within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  • Replacement Policy: If your product cannot be repaired while still under warranty, we will replace it. If a replacement is currently unavailable, a full refund will be issued to you.

  • Warranty Extension: Repairing or replacing a product under these terms does not grant any right to extend or renew the original warranty period.

 

Requirements for Warranty Claim:

  • The customer must deliver the product under warranty in its original condition and within its original packaging.

  • The return must include all accessories, the warranty card, and the purchase invoice.

  • Important Note: Failure to provide any of the aforementioned items will render the warranty void.

 

Smart Devices & Spare Parts Warranty (Phones & PCs):

  • Warranties for smart devices and spare parts require that the items have not been exposed to physical breaks, drops, or liquid damage.

  • The product will be meticulously inspected by our technical team. If it is safe from physical or liquid damage and a manufacturing defect is found, it will be replaced with a new unit.

By submitting your product for repair, you grant Kafoo Platform and/or the authorized third party repairing your product the consent to use your contact details to communicate with you regarding the repair service.
