What Does Kafoo Care+ Cover?

 Kafoo Care+ is an extended warranty for 24 months covering:

Basic Warranty:

Accidental Damage Protection:

  • Liquid spills.

  • Button or port damage due to drops or impact.

  • Charging issues resulting from accidental use.

Repair or Replacement Service:

  • If the device cannot be repaired, we will replace it with another device of the same model or equivalent value.

 

How Does Kafoo Care+ Work?

1. When a covered damage occurs:

  • Contact us through customer service or the support form.

  • You will be guided to fill out the request form and ship the device.

  • The device will be inspected by our certified technicians.

  • Depending on the condition, the device will be either repaired or replaced..

 

2. The Policy Includes:

  • A specific number of maintenance/replacement requests during the warranty period.

  • Priority technical support and faster service.

 

What is NOT Covered by Kafoo Care+:

  • Damages resulting from intentional misuse or gross negligence.

  • Any modification or repair by an unauthorized party (Non-KAAFO).

  • Data loss or corruption.

  • Cosmetic damages that do not affect the device's performance.

  • Accessories (e.g., charger, cable, earphones) unless otherwise stated.

  • Loss or theft of the device.

 

Using Kafoo Care+:

Accidental damage protection includes the ability to repair or replace the device in the event of a covered incident, within the usage limits specified in the program's policy. Usage limits apply per device during the coverage period. After utilizing the service, basic warranty coverage for manufacturing defects continues until the end of the 24 months.

 

Important Notes:

  • Kafoo Care+ can be purchased within a maximum of 7 days from the device purchase date.

  • The warranty is non-transferable to another user after activation.
