How Does Kafoo Care+ Work?
1. When a covered damage occurs:

2. The Policy Includes:

What is NOT Covered by Kafoo Care+:

Damages resulting from intentional misuse or gross negligence.

Any modification or repair by an unauthorized party (Non-KAAFO).

Data loss or corruption.

Cosmetic damages that do not affect the device's performance.

Accessories (e.g., charger, cable, earphones) unless otherwise stated.

Loss or theft of the device.
Using Kafoo Care+:
Accidental damage protection includes the ability to repair or replace the device in the event of a covered incident, within the usage limits specified in the program's policy. Usage limits apply per device during the coverage period. After utilizing the service, basic warranty coverage for manufacturing defects continues until the end of the 24 months.
Important Notes:

Kafoo Care+ can be purchased within a maximum of 7 days from the device purchase date.
