Cancellation and Change of Mind Policy
We are committed to clarifying our applicable Cancellation and Change of Mind Policy to ensure the highest level of transparency and provide an exceptional service experience for all our customers.
Order Cancellation Options:
The customer has the right to cancel their order. A specific fee policy applies based on the order fulfillment stage, as follows:
- After Order Placement & Before Shipping:
If the order is placed and the customer retracts the purchase or changes their mind (before the order is handed to the shipping courier), 10% of the total order value will be deducted.
- After Shipping or Out for Delivery:
If the order is processed and has already been shipped (in transit or out for delivery), 20% of the total order value will be deducted.
- After Receiving & Unboxing:
If the customer receives the order and opens the product packaging, 30% of the total order value will be deducted.
Customized Products:
- After confirming the order and starting processing the order can not be canceled or refunded .
- In the event that the Assembly has been assembled, tested or customized for the customer, it is not entitled to request cancellation or refund.
- The store has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount according to the policy in the event that one of the products is not available, there is an error in pricing or the order cannot be executed.
