Trade-In Service

Kaafo offers a trade-in service in partnership with a third party, allowing you to trade in your current eligible device when purchasing a new one. Our trade-in partner will provide an estimated value for your current device, which is added as credit to your Kaafo account and can later be transferred to your bank account. This service is available on selected brands and devices purchased through kaafo.net or the Kaafo app via the trade-in option, and is subject to its own specific terms.

Intellectual Property Rights

Except for rights expressly granted under these Terms of Use:

  • All content on the Website (including, without limitation, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips and software) remains our exclusive property or that of our licensors, and we retain all rights, title and interest in it.
  • All rights in any information or materials you submit through your use of the Services become our property under these Terms of Use.
  • You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
  • All rights not expressly granted to you remain reserved to us or our licensors.

Warranties, Representations and Undertakings

You warrant and undertake that:
